Any other Arkansas subscribers here that are experiencing the slow speeds? I had been getting as low as 8kb/sec pretty consistently until today. Now its around 3-5mbit. I am paying for 9mbit down and not getting anything remotely close.

Arkansas Suddenlink customers experienced a 12hr outage Wednesday May 23rd. Speeds have been drastically reduced since. Suddenlink claims everything 'looks good' and accepts no responsibility or even cares to acknowledge the issues. I have placed several calls to my local office and tech support which have resulted in nothing but a waste of time! I recently spoke with a very rude overnight supervisor by the name of Larry out of the Tyler west call center who refused to help me or provide his ID#. Eventually after being hung up on twice, I reached a helpful employee who seemed to take her job a bit more serious. She went through some troubleshooting with me then scheduled for a technician to come out. The technician has yet to show up.
